Drama Korean Love Alarm



Netflix as one of the leading internet television networks announced it will release its first original drama series from South Korea, themed 'Love Alarm' adapted from a webtoon story with the same title by Kye Young Chon, one of the best comic writers in Korea famous for romance genre its unique. Netflix says that 'Love Alarm' is one of the most popular webtoon series in Korea and already has a big fanatic fanbase.

Kye Young Chon has been one of the most popular graphic novelists in Korea since her 1996 debut. Her major works include: "Unplugged Boy," "Audition," "Girl in Heels," and "Beautiful Man."

Love Alarm (2018) is a TV series consisting of 12 episodes produced by the newly formed production company, Hidden Sequence, which will be led by Jaemoon Lee.

Love Alarm (2018) Squishes an unknown developer who releases an app that will notify users if someone within 10 meters has a romantic feel to them, which is very disturbing to the public. The series premiered exclusively on Netflix in 2018 to its members in over 190 countries.

Lee has previously been involved in several Korean drama series as well as an award winner including the police drama series "Signal," and the drama office of "Mi-saeng" (aka "An Incomplete Life"), both of which are equally favored by K- drama around the world.

"We want a Love Alarm, a TV series, to demonstrate liveliness and emotional expression, with visual care that will reflect Ms. Chon's vision as she creates stories," said Jaemoon Lee, Hidden Sequence.

"It is an honor for Netflix to collaborate with a great storyteller like Ms Chon and a visionary producer like Mr. Lee for our first original Korean production.
